By accessing this site you agree to these terms, if you disagree with any part you may not access the service.

This membership grants the purchaser 12 months (365 days) access to the Amelia Jane All Access Pass which may be purchased by a one-time payment or via the payment program available. 

The purchaser is intended to use this access solely to the individual who purchased the membership.

The purchaser must provide accurate information and it is the purchasers responsibility to maintain confidentiality of the membership details, you agree not to disclose your login details to a third party, nor are you permitted to share, sell or transfer your account details with co-workers, friends or family. You are not permitted to allow multiple users to view the content of this site at any one time.

The purchaser must notify us immediately of any break of security or unauthorised use of the site content.

Should the purchaser be found in violation of the membership specifically sharing account access or permitting the use by anybody else, reproducing, duplicating, copying or selling is prohibited,  the following actions will be taken immediately: We will notify you of the violation, and we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately. Legal action may be taken due to unauthorised use of the membership.  

The membership is provided without warranties of any kind, all content including logos, graphics, text, images, downloads is the property of Amelia Jane Education and is protected by copyright laws.

Amelia  Jane Education reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and will be determined at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any change to the terms.
